Executive Team

CEO, Founder

Jane Lambert

Founder of ECG, responsible for the strategic leadership of the company.

I established ECG in 2002 after leaving my post at Milton Keynes Hospital as the Senior Resuscitation Officer. I enjoyed setting this service up within the hospital and developing an improved resuscitation service. ECG then enabled me to further improve resuscitation standards across Primary as well as Secondary Care. My vision was to create mandatory training which was both enjoyable and beneficial to the course attendees year after year, so it didn’t feel such a chore to attend! My future vision is to further improve the accessibility and quality of healthcare training.

“I am passionate about health and wellbeing and I’m also a qualified acupuncturist.”

For the past four years, I have had the privilege of being a part of this remarkable organization

Hello! I'm Clair, and I am the Senior Accounts Manager at ECG Healthcare. For the past four years, I have had the privilege of being a part of this remarkable organization, and I can genuinely say that I look forward to coming to work every day.

My journey to ECG Healthcare has been a unique and fulfilling one. Before joining this incredible team, I had a background in Dental Nursing, where I specialized as a Lead Implant Nurse and Treatment Coordinator. This role not only honed my skills in patient care but also laid the foundation for my subsequent career at ECG.

My ECG journey began as a Training Coordinator, and over time, I have had the opportunity to progress to the position of Senior Accounts Manager. This professional growth has allowed me to continually learn and contribute to the success of our organization.

Outside of the office, I find great joy in spending quality time with my family and friends. I am an avid dog lover and enjoy taking long walks with my pups. Reading is another passion of mine; I love reading between the realms of non-fiction and fantasy. Additionally, I enjoy growing my own vegetables, and pottering around in my garden.

Everything I’ve done has led to my job here at ECG...

Everything I’ve done has led to my job here at ECG. I started my career by gaining a degree in Biomedical Science. From this I worked various scientific and social/health care roles until I joined the ambulance service and achieved a diploma in Paramedic Science and earned my registration.
After `cutting my teeth`, over several years, in the ambulance I moved on to work in Cardiac Care, Childhood Immunisation and eventually hospital-based training. I then joined ECG Training and since then I haven’t looked back.
When I’m not causing trouble at work and coming up with zany ideas, I spend my time at home with my family. I enjoy playing computer games, playing a variety of instruments, painting models, and being a semi competent games master for a dungeons and dragons group. I love telling a story!
If asked to describe myself, I would say I’m a chatty chameleon. I love a natter and fit in most places!

I’m also a Media and Communication graduate – this has provided useful in specific areas of my role where I spend a lot of time communicating via email, reading documentation and developing creative ideas in collaboration with the Learning and Development team as part of compliance.
In such a short timeframe – I have learnt a lot from the team and achieved so much, personally and professionally. ECG really is a great and supportive place to work!
Outside of work – I priorities my well-being by having regular massages, I like to stay active by going to the gym and I also enjoy walking in open spaces. At ECG, we have horses on site and on my lunch break I enjoy watching the horses in their natural habitat moving across the field. This is one of the many perks of working in the office.

I’ve grown up in different work environments but here at ECG, its different in a good way!

Hey, I’m Jessica, I’m 21 and I’m an Onboarding Co-Ordinator.
I started working for ECG in April 2023 and have loved every minute of it. I have been working since I was 15 from a Saturday girl in a salon, to being a hairdresser throughout college and my teens.
That all changed when I started working in recruitment and I have found a passion for it. I’ve grown up in different work environments but here at ECG, its different in a good way! The support and care I receive/received over the last 6 months is something I have never had before. I’ll never look back!

Financial Administrator

Mandy Cove

The last couple of years I’ve gone from an Accounts Coordinator to now being the Financial Administrator...

Hi, I’m Mandy and I’ve been with ECG for just under 3 years, after a year of maternity leave and the first part of the pandemic, I took the break to relish in a career change and joined ECG in December 2020 and haven’t looked back since. I started as a Training Coordinator, which was good fun and gave me a great understanding of what the company is famous for, and after a short period, I was introduced to the world of finance.

The last couple of years I’ve gone from an Accounts Coordinator to now being the Financial Administrator, which is a fantastic role for me, as I love being able to see the process of something come to life. Working for ECG has been life changing for me and I’m so thankful for all the opportunities this fantastic company has to offer, I’m looking forward to the future, in this place, no week is the same and there’s always something special around the corner.

Outside of work, I have a 4-and-a-half-year daughter who keeps me busy and in trouble (most of the time). Some may say I’m addicted to country music; I would say I have a passion for it, and you can find me listening to it most days (if my office colleagues will let me). I’ve just started paint-by-numbers, I have no artistic skills, but you don’t need them if it’s already drawn for you....

Those who know me well know that I have an incredibly dry sense of humour. Some people can't tell when I'm being serious until I flash them a Cheshire Cat Grin.

ECG has allowed me to find my strengths and has helped me explore what I enjoy doing while at work...

Hi, my name is Jack. I started at ECG in March 2023 as a Junior Account Manager, it was a big step from my previous roles /school and my first real experience of working in a professional environment; but I do not think I could have started anywhere better. I feel that ECG has allowed me to find my strengths and has helped me explore what I enjoy doing while at work. I love having the opportunity to communicate with so many amazing and smart people on a day-to-day basis.
Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, and seeing my friends. On most weekends I go and stay with my girlfriend at her Uni, we love going out to eat and shopping in town – or just staying in because we have spent all our money earlier in the month. I also love seeing live music when I can; I don’t really have a favourite genre, but I know I do not like country music.
